A seasoned expert in senior leadership coaching and high-performance team dynamics. Jaya draws on over two decades of experience in senior management roles at Nokia Treasury, both in global and regional capacities. Based in Singapore, she extends her impact internationally.

Jaya's coaching approach is rooted in cultivating insight, raising awareness, posing challenges, providing support and establishing a secure environment in her engagements with leaders and teams.

Her extensive tenure in a global organisation has afforded her profound insights into the professional landscapes of her clients. Jaya adeptly managed high-performance, cross-cultural virtual teams across continents on a daily basis, consistently ranking amongst the top tier of leaders.

With thousands of hours dedicated to leadership coaching, Jaya has collaborated with executives worldwide, spanning diverse industries such as financial services, technology, shipping and govenment sectors.


In 2004, Jaya relocated to Singapore after being based in Geneva, Switzerland. Her introduction to the transformative power of coaching occured during the 10 weeks long Program for Executive Development (PED)at IMD, Switzerland in 2007, inspiring her to pursue training as an Executive coach. In 2011 she left the corporate world and founded Coaching Tiger.

Jaya holds a Master's in Counselling from Monash University, Australia and a Bachelor's in Economics and Psychology from Bombay University, India. Jaya is a Certified Executive Coach in Ontological Coaching through Newfield Network and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Her extensive certifications include MBTI® Step I & II, CCL Benchmarks®, Voices®, Hogan: HDI, HDS, MVPI, Influencing Style Indicator, Workplace Big 5,EQ-I 2.0 & EQ360, NEO-PI-3, IDI, LEA360 & IMD Voyager future-ready assessments.


Jaya is dedicated to cultivating leaders who excel in meaningful communication and infuse humanity into the workplace. Having spent over two decades studying and working in Switzerland after growing up in India, she adeptly bridges Eastern and Western thinking, embodying the perspective of a Third Culture Kid (TCK).

With Swiss and French passports, Overseas Citizen of India status and is a Singapore Permanent Residency, Jaya brings a unique blend of cultural insights to her coaching.

Fluent in both English and French, and proficient in conversational German, Hindi and Punjabi, Jaya possesses a rich linguistic repetoire. Her coaching extends to empower leaders with storytelling and visualisation techniques to wield influence, foster engagement, and inspire teams.
