Visual Communication, Bikablo Basics
Summary
Visual communication, also known as visualisation, is the process of conveying ideas, information or messages using visual elements in place or in addition to words. It relies on imagery, symbols, colours, shapes, typography and design to communicate meaning and engage an audience. Because most people are visual, the combination of words and imagery make visualisation a powerful tool in real-time settings such as presentations, workshops, coaching sessions, training and meetings.
As images work on an intuitive level, visual tools increase the level of engagement, improving communication and collaboration within the work environment, and makes learning from each other more impactful.
In this workshop, we will be using the bikablo® technique, which opens the door to the world of visual thinking and dialogue. Bikablo is a visual language developed in Germany by Martin Hausmann and has used for over 15 years to benefit thousands of learners who apply it to enhance their communication skills.
Bikablo and has been successfully used for years by global organisations like Accenture, Bayer, SAP, Vodaphone and many more.
