Jaya Machet

Founder and Executive Coach

Jaya Machet, founder and managing director of Coaching Tiger, has inside knowledge and knows the pressures and challenges of the corporate world first-hand.

Jaya is a specialist in senior leadership coaching and fostering high-performance team dynamics. Jaya has extensive experience leading diverse, high-performing teams across continents, demonstrated by her over two decades experience in senior management roles at Nokia Treasury in both global and regional capacities. Based in Singapore, she extends her impact internationally.

Jaya’s coaching approach is rooted in cultivating insight, raising awareness, posing challenges, providing support and establishing a safe space in her engagement with leaders and teams. Her extensive tenure in a global organization has afforded her profound insights into the professional landscapes of her clients. Jaya brings to her clients deep expertise across areas, including:
